Project description
The objective of this research project was to assess the current state of the adaptation economy on a global, regional and country scale focusing on Tanzania.
Climate-KIC is pioneering the first ‘adaptation innovation cluster’-building programme in Tanzania, providing an opportunity to gather information through this process and provide an illustrative case study on the country. The report focused on specific thematic areas within adaptation (agriculture, forestry and land use), outlining the opportunity for business creation within these areas, providing successful examples, and sizing the opportunity in Tanzania.
