Project description
Metroeconomica provided guidance and technical support in the creation of BBK Klima. The project consisted of setting up a new innovative center focused on raising awareness about climate change and sustainability through leisure and educational activities. The center is a multipurpose outdoor space designed to promote activities related to climate change and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). BBK Klima aspires to become a benchmark center for climate change awareness.
To this end, the project included the review and analysis of state-of-the-art information on climate change and innovative awareness raising methodologies, the provision of technical assistance to BBK Foundation staff designing and implementing actions and activities and the sourcing and development of accurate and up to date scientific content on climate change directed and adapted to the center’s target audience, always maintaining scientific rigor. Moreover, climate change, sustainable development and science communication experts were interviewed to provide guidance and strategic ideas to the project.
