He has experience in preparing and analyzing public policies and programs on climate change and energy as well as a good understanding of the links between public policies, economics and climate change.
Francisco has experience in a wide range of research methods, including survey design and sampling; statistic analysis; cost-benefit analysis; case studies; in-depth interviews; and systematic reviews and meta-analyzes.
Francisco Greño (MSc) is an environmental economist with more than fifteen years of research and consulting experience in the field of strategic design of environmental public policies, economic-environmental analysis and program evaluation.
