BSc in Economics from the University of the Basque Country and MSc in Environmental Economics from the University of York (UK).

He has experience in preparing and analyzing public policies and programs on climate change and energy as well as a good understanding of the links between public policies, economics and climate change.

Francisco has experience in a wide range of research methods, including survey design and sampling; statistic analysis; cost-benefit analysis; case studies; in-depth interviews; and systematic reviews and meta-analyzes.

Francisco Greño is an environmental economist with more than twenty years of research and consulting experience in the field of strategic design of environmental public policies, economic-environmental analysis and program evaluation.
