Mary-Crescent Carter is a Barcelona-based economist and climate finance specialist with experience developing investment cases for projects in climate-smart agriculture, off-grid energy, and green infrastructure. She conducts cost-benefit and market analyses, as well as designs financial instruments, to help organizations assess project feasibility and unlock financing. At the strategic level, she works with NGOs and private firms to develop funding strategies and navigate the broader climate finance market.
