Author of the 5th Global Climate Legislation Study – A Review of Climate Change Legislation in 99 Countries – forthcoming in mid-2015. And author of the GLOBE 4th Climate Legislation Study – A Review of Climate Change Legislation in 66 Countries, launched in the US Senate and the World Bank in February 2014.
